‘America’s Got Talent’: Future Funk gets through with Howie’s vote
What acts are the first to go through four to the next round in “America’s Got Talent?
Okay, so I missed the first 8 minutes due to a bad DVR. I joined the episode as Nathaniel Kenyon was put through at the expense of Airpocalypse and Sally Cohn, which is pretty spot-on for me.
I love that this program makes the contestants come together in a broom closet painted red, while jumping and down and pretend like popcorn. Hilarious.
Now we Selena Gomez with “Round and Round.” She looks cute and stuff, but the voices are very weak sauce. It also looks like a girl playing dress. Sorry, Selena. You do not make me turn around like a record, baby.
The next group is Nick Pike, Kung Fu Heroes and Anti-gravity. Well, this has to be FG, right? I mean, not even a question. And then comes, which is the right choice. So far I’m 2-for-2 predict the progression of the groups. Let Future Funk and tap dancers!
We jumped right into the results along with Christina and Ali, Hot Shot Maricar and tap dancers. If you ask me, tap dancers should move. But I put my money on the singing sisters, who apparently has a disease, which is very sad, but does not make them sound better as singers. However, the act is passed through … Christina and Ali. Ugh. I mean, they are adorable and would love to cast them in my production of “Annie” or whatever, but they were not good last night. Hmmm. Poor tap dancers.
Before reaching the final place, we have “Rock of Ages” performing. This is supposed to be “rock” but it’s like white bread, sugar pop rock too well choregraphed with backup dancers and Constantine Maroulis permed hair. Hmmm.
The guest “special surprise” turns out to be Dee Snider. My money was on Bret Michaels, but I’m not that far. Bret Michaels: “American Idol” as Dee Snider: “America’s Got Talent”, am I right?
Does anyone else in this area and wonder if Adam Lambert is in charge of this? Only comment – I love Adam Lambert.
Wait, what? Travel? In “Rock of Ages? That’s weird. In addition, Constantine is NOT Steve Perry high notes at all. Yikes. I’d rather listen to Lea Michele and Cory Monteith and I’m not even kidding.
What was funny when Nick Cannon called “American Idol”, a “big show great talent.” Snerk.
The last group is reduced to RNG, Paul Jr. and Safy Future Funk. So last year, the jury’s decision was between the two acts on the bubble. Are these acts that ended in April, May and June? Or not? Hmmm.
When the acts out on stage, the two young are the future Funkers almost crying now. Awww, the little ones! But first – Nick sends a house to act! And … Paul Jr. Safy Yes, that’s not a shock. On the one hand, he was not so good. And for two, which makes judges choose between the acts of two adorable children. The man, young children keep their eyes clean and girls are increasingly drowned RNG. I can not even take this. There should be a division of the children in this show.
Nick informs us that came in fourth and fifth, so I feel better about the integrity of the show. (I did just write that sentence?) Anyway, after much weeping and gnashing of teeth, the judges put through Future Funk.
Did you notice how the young future Funker imitates everything that makes the future more Funker? SO CUTE.
So there you have it – really just felt like fighting against gravity and talent wise move deserved Tap Dancers, which just goes to show how this program works.
